I didnt know I would need socks as it was our first time, but thankfully my friend was better prepared than me and had some for me. It wasnt too crowded, but there were quite a few kids there. I took my 20-month old there on a Wednesday afternoon. Strongly not recommend this place to any parents whose children have some social delay and find it hard to cope with changes like this. They let me down perfectly by letting down my child. My son was so so so disappointed and he could not understand why, after sitting in Daddys car sweetly for 30 minutes (we live 18 miles a way), he could not get the treat as supposed. I was so shocked and I did not know how to tell my little one that he could not play there and we must leave. I take my son to many places like this such as go bonkers or coocoos, there are always people in a birthday party and there are other customers as well. We went to this place last weekend and was told there was no space for my son because other people were using it as a birthday party place. Not after this experience and no call backs when i called to speak with the manager. I was very excited to recommend this place to others, since it is clean and nicer when compared to other play places for kids but I cannot do that anymore. We were also charged for extra kids and when I asked for the names/ count anything that would confirm there were more kids then i originally counted ( 1 extra by my count) they had none. it was yogurt ! when i told her it was yogurt she said " it must be just in my head then" and i can say it was all in her head. The staff was rude at our 3 year olds birthday party, one staff member walked up and said her eyes were burning from the "special food" we got. we were very excited to host our kids party here. Let me start with the good - this place is clean and new and looks nicer. Oh and they have some comfortable couches to sit at. Overall my 3 hour visit was more than awesome, my son got in the car and when we arrived home he took a long nap. For parents who choose to let their child run. They also sell keurig coffee for a dollar and FREE WI-FI ACCESS. Their arcade is adequate for older youngsters that might need a getaway from the obstacle course and 10 dollars can be a good stretch. The staff there and manager encourage breast feeding which they have a small niche in the back away from public. The restrooms and changing station were impeccable and smelled as if they were just built. My wife and I had a yoghurt parfait with granola and a sugar free Lemon green tea. My wife and I treated my 28 month old to some of their grapes and cheese and organic juices they have for sale. I was very impressed that she tracked down some parents and DID NOT EXEMPT THEM BY ANY MEANS from following the park rules (werent wearing socks). Not only does she make sure her staff is happy but also makes sure the parents leave relieved and kids leave the way they came in ( safe). Stefane, the park manager was absolutely great, funny, helpful and befriends herself right away as soon as you enter the door.
